I am not seeing the actual thing as it is. It\u2019s filtered through my beliefs. And even before it reaches me, through the TV, the photograph, the video, the image has been transformed by its processes, reinterpreted by the medium that carries it. By the time it gets to me it has already been edited and altered. And finally when I look at it, it is transformed again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 330px;\">The corruptions of the computer drawn image are not dissimilar to misreading or misinterpretation of visual cues.<br \/>\nDigital images are not perfect. But I tend to accept that they are. Because of this they corrupt my perceptions.<br \/>\nI imagine that the latest expensive technology is always better than what has gone before. \u2018Buy it now or miss out on the opportunity to upgrade your life.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 330px;\">I accept many images, often seeking them out, rarely questioning their integrity. All things captured on a camera phone must be true.
